“I have had the pleasure of having Sarah as my PT for the past two years and she is the best.

Sarah is very knowledgeable and has been instrumental in helping me recover from a hip issue -  she has given me exercises to strengthen the areas that needed work and it has made a huge  improvement to my overall mobility and comfort.

Sarah makes my workouts interesting and regularly changes them up so that not only do I  benefit from doing different exercises but also ensures that I don’t become bored and  unmotivated. We regularly set goals and tailor our workouts to get these goals achieved. We  work on cardio, strength and flexibility so all bases are covered.

Sarah makes each and every workout fun and we have a lot of laughs along the way - she is a kind person and takes an interest in all aspects of my life providing a very holistic approach to being healthy.

This approach goes hand in hand with her mindfulness classes which I have also taken part in  and these have given me tools to help with managing stress - particularly within the work place -  as well as some very useful practices for life in general. Mindfulness has shown me that with a  slight attitude adjustment the world is a much happier place.
