“My Mindfulness sessions with Sarah from SELF collective have helped me immensely with my personal growth. Starting with a breathing practice is a great way to calm yourself and relax into discussing what you want to work on. Sarah is amazingly understanding, knowledgeable, and really helps to guide you through your challenges with short targeted journaling prompts and discussion. The homework Sarah gives is perfect for continuing the work after your session. Sarah really takes the time to get to know you and tailor everything to you. I recently tried a System Mapping session and found that really helpful as well, and I look forward to having another session! I wouldn't be without my Mindfulness sessions with Sarah!
